What is the Teen Quest Network?
The Teen Quest Network was created to provide students and leaders a safe online community where they can maintain contact with each other through sharing pictures, comments, videos, and ideas. The Teen Quest Network is an extension of Teen Quest Ministries. The Teen Quest Network is self policing. We monitor content on a regular basis, but it is the responsibility of every member to keep this site clean. If you find any questionable content please report it immediately.
Is the Teen Quest Network safe for my teen?
As mentioned above, the network is self policing. We as staff of Teen Quest monitor content on a regular basis, but we also enlist the help of every member to keep this site safe for your teens and clean as far as the content posted on the site by members. You can also take an active role in assuring this site is safe. If you see any questionable content on your teenager’s site or any other site, report the issue to the address above.
What is my teen able to do on the Teen Quest Network?
Your teenager is able to connect with friends they met at Teen Quest, their youth group, and staff of Teen Quest through the network. They can upload their pictures and video, start a discussion with other members, comment or send messages to other members. Periodically Teen Quest will provide media from videos of activities, special forums with speakers, and resources to help your teens grow in Christ.
What if I want my teen removed from the network?
If you would like your teen removed from the Teen Quest Network, send us an email.
How It Works:
- Students and youth leaders can sign up for an online profile and upload content: photos, blog posts, videos, etc.
- Other students and youth leaders can see your profile and content.
- If you join the site (it’s free), you can comment and discuss with your friends or make new friends.
- Members can also join their youth group’s page or join another group page.
- Members also can have their own blogs! (Once you have a profile click “My Page” to see your blog.)
- On your page, click “Add a New Post” to start writing.
- Site moderators may feature some really great posts on the homepage.
- We also have community forums.
That’s the basic set-up. How involved you want to get in The Teen Quest Network is up to you. Please be sure to read our terms of use below.
For Youth Leaders – Why would you, or you students want to be members of the TQN?
1) The TQN is a safe online Christian community.
The network is closed, so people can only become members by invitation. You can invite your students to join the network, your students can invite their friends to join, or Teen Quest can invite members.
2) Our goal is to keep the TQN clean.
The network itself is self-policing. We trust our members to only post appropriate media (picturess, music, videos, etc.) See Terms of Use insert link here and the network is monitored by staff. However, because we cannot monitor everything ourselves, each member of the TQN is responsible to keep the site clean. You can help us by becoming an Administrator. This gives you the power to delete anything you see inappropriate and to add members from your own group. If you do not want to be an Administrator, you can simply let us know when you see something on the network that needs to be taken care of. Email Mark Lambert the Network Administrator [ marklambert (at) teenquest (dot) org.
3) Add your students as friends.
By doing this you can send them messages and comments and keep in touch with them over the network.
4) Create forums.
Use forums to start discussions with your students. Post a question about next week’s lesson, and start you kids thinking about that issue before you meet. Get their opinions on certain issues, and use that to fuel your lessons.
5) Upload pictures from your events.
Upload pictures of your events on your youth groups main page and get your students to invite friends to check out your youth groups “cool” website.
6) Upload a video of your group.
Let others see what you do at youth group each week, or upload a special message from you to your students.
7) Use the network as a way to connect with teenagers in your community.
As your students talk to unchurched friends they know, encourage them to show their friends your page on the TQN. Also, use the page as a way to connect with students involved with Teen Quest that are from your area. If we know your church is close to where they live, we can tell them about your ministry.
If you have any suggestions or questions, feel free to contact us.

Who are we?
Teen Quest is a youth mission reaching a world of teenagers for Jesus Christ. Our international headquarters are located at The Teen Quest Ranch in Somerset, Pennsylvania.
Teen Quest’s mission is three-fold; we are focused on Evangelism – winning teenagers for Christ, Discipleship – building them in the faith, and Missions – sending them into the world to share the Good News with others. Since it’s beginning in 1976 Teen Quest has been doing just that. You can check out our Core Values, Mission Statement, and Statement of Faith here.
