Welcome to the Teen Quest Ranch X-treme Dayz! We have awesome activities available to youth pastors and leaders to get their youth group involved. Spend a Saturday at the ranch and enjoy Paintball, horseback riding, go-carts, basketball, and more!
Whether you are the youth leader of 200 students or 20 – we have the perfect event location for you. The Teen Quest Ranch is only one hour from Pittsburgh – within 10 minutes of two major ski resorts – and equipped with awesome activities for any type of church or youth group.
What is included in the price?
Your price of $25 includes all activities, equipment (unless otherwise noted), and our ministry staff to assist you where needed (i.e. paintball, horses, etc).
SPECIAL PRICE: $19/person for groups of 25 or more.
What about food?
Food is not included in your general “X-treme Dayz” price. However, we do have a trading post snack shop which sells candy, soda, water, chips, and other snacks. We can provide food service for an additional fee. Call for details.
What times do groups usually hold an X-treme Dayz?
Groups arrive on a Saturday around 1:00pm and stay until 5:00pm. We are flexible with our times and would like to accommodate your group. If you would like different times than these – you need only to ask.
What help does the Teen Quest staff provide?
When you arrive you will be greeted by our “X-treme Dayz” host who will orientate your leaders and students, point you in the right directions, make sure you have fun, and be available to help you with any needs.

What activities are included?
Paintball (any season)
With our two paintball courses your group will have a blast shooting each other. For those who like fast-paced action our small open-air speedball course is perfect. But for the more advanced and serious paintball players we have a 13 acre wooded battle grounds. Come and pit yourselves against each other and see who is better at strategy and strength. Youth leaders say that this is one of their favorite activities at the Teen Quest Ranch!
Note: First 100 balls and all Co2 is included in the “X-treme Dayz” fee. After first 100 balls each additional hundred costs $5.00.
Horseback riding (trail rides)
We have horses. We have trails. If you put the two together it equals a time of fun riding and seeing the ranch landscape unfold around you. Our wrangler has developed several trail rides for your students to enjoy.
Mountain Boarding
Ok so you can’t snowboard for 8 months out of the year. But wait – now you can mountain board for 8 months of the year! Need we say more?
Indoor Rock Climbing
Over 27 feet of vertical climbing inside the X-Barn. Test yourself and see if you can reach the sloped incline at the top. Few make it all the way – but it makes the victory that much sweeter for the ones that do.
Off-Road Dune Buggy Go-Carts (spring – summer – fall)
Test your off-road skills with our extreme dune buggy track. Twists, turns and fun. After riding the dune buggy track – you will never be the same.
Boating
We have a 4 acre lake perfect for a relaxing afternoon of boating. Of course it is also perfect for an afternoon of splash wars and canoe races. During your time at the Ranch you will have unlimited use of our lake and boats.
Fishing
If you think fishing isn’t an exciting activity – think again. Students have discovered something awesome at the Teen Quest Ranch. We boast great fishing in our lake. Plus – because the lake is on private property no PA State license is required! We have the poles and hooks and equipment. All you need is a few anglers who will give it a cast. Our lake is open to your group for free fishing on a catch-and-release basis. So bring your best sportsmen and women.
Outside Full Court Basketball
we provide the ball and the court – you must supply your own hoop skills. Unlimited use of the court during your X-day.
Indoor Basketball
Because our hoop and court is inside your group can play basketball any time of the year in any type of weather. Just like outside – we provide the ball and the court – you must supply your own hoop skills. Great for competition or just having fun. Unlimited use of the court during your X-Day.
Game Room
Ping-pong, pool, table games, foosball, and more. Plus just hang out, relax and talk. This is a great place to do some informal discipleship with students one-on-one.
Sand Volleyball
We have two awesome regulation size sand volleyball courts. Whether you want to plan a tournament for the students in your group or you just want to have a little fun testing your skill these two courts are perfect. During your time with us you will have unlimited use of the two volleyball courts.
Snow-tubing (winter season)
Unlimited snow-tubing on our snowy chute is included in your X-day during the winter season. We build outdoor fires next to the slopes for those who want to warm themselves between rides. This is definitely a winter favorite at the Teen Quest Ranch.
Ice Skating & Hockey (winter season)
Temperatures in the winter season can reach well below zero at times. Our lake is positioned in a valley that receives plenty of chilling wind that freezes it solid. This is an awesome spot for tons of creative activities. Ice skating and hockey are only two of the possible things to do. Just like the other seasons unlimited use of the lake is included with your day at the ranch. Make sure to bring your skates.
Indoor Skatepark
Indoor skateboarding! Our half pipe is waiting for you to test out in the X-Barn. Make sure you bring your board – it’s ok if you don’t have a board – we’ve got them.
Snowboarding & X-country Skiing (winter season)
Our trails are covered in snow every winter and the Ranch is a great place to bring your skis to try them out. Plus try out snowboarding on our hills. Please note: you will need to bring your own skis or snowboard.
The Teen Quest Ranch is a great place for your non-skiers to hang out and have fun while the skiers are at one of these close resorts. With more to do than these five resorts put together we bet the students at the Ranch will end up having more fun.
We are within 10 minutes of two major ski resorts – Seven Springs and Hidden Valley. We are within 80 minutes of a total of five ski resorts.
Snowmobile Tube Run (winter season)
Test your physical limits with our Snowmobile Tube Run (the “Tube of Doom”). You will hit high speeds across powder filled fields. The intensity is almost too much!
